"Do not work for ACN. This is a scam, mlm, pyramid scheme. You don’t pay money to work at a real job. If you want to be in sales, sell cars, paper, padlocks, dog bowls, scrapple. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time. Cons: No income, scam, pyramid, waste of time"

"After the founders held an all employee meeting to calm everyone of rumors concerning layoffs they laid off 3 of the 4 floors of corporate offices in Concord. After sitting on the edge of the stage talking to everyone in the room to tell them that they had nothing to worry about and that their jobs were safe ... they began laying off entire departments/floors. They tout that they are Christians and yet openly lie to their employees? I worked for many years there. Many weekends and evening work I was never compensated for out of loyalty to the company. Then they let go massive amounts of their staff. Many of those employees having been with the company 10 or 20 years. Don't get sucked into this MLM like I did."

"The supervisor are racists and very uncomfortable to work with. If she dont like you , she a find a way to fire someone. I worked there almost 4 years to I transfer to her department and she rode me right out the door. The cust are very disrespectful and you cant release the call you never could get help by anyone. The calls are back to back and the disrespect is in almost on every call"

"This job was by far the most stressful I’ve ever had, and the pay does not make up for it. You will make around $13/hour. The customers here will cuss you out, belittle you, talk down to you, and never listen to a thing you have to say. Management is lazy and doesn’t even help even if you ask for it. Management will gossip about employees and each other. Other employees will start unnecessary drama too. This place is a cesspool for drama. There’s not really anything good to say about this place. They will allow customers to continuously get scammed by “IBO’s” and never do anything about it. Prepare to hear about 50 complaints a day of people telling you they’ve been scammed. The company is pretty much a scam. The services suck, the speeds of internet are extremely slow. Technicians never show up causing people to be without service for weeks. Phone repair times can take almost a month. If something goes wrong you’ll be faced to pay an early termination fee of $100 and up. Did I mention management SUCKS and never do anything to resolve any sort of problems. You’ll be stuck on your own to figure out your own issues. Website is confusing for ordering as well, so customers never know how to do anything on their own. This place is such a complete mess. If you are someone who stands up for themselves and is vocal about things that can be changed they will hate you and find a way to get rid of you. I would never recommend this place. I wouldn’t even work here if the pay was higher. That’s how much this place SUCKS. Cons: Management will gossip, drama, cold office, no work/life balance."

"The culture at ACN is terrible along with the management. Systems are not up to date and most of the training was not helpful. Pay is decent but not worth the stress."

"I do not recommend this as a place of employment at all. You are not allowed to have an opinion or have a personality here. You can be fired without being coached and for no reason whatsoever. You will not even get the chance to improve or do better. You are also discouraged from reporting employees that are doing wrong things. Very unethical company. Beware..do not apply here ...at all...No open door policy with management at all...if you go through that door then you are out the door..literally. Cons: unethical managers"

"Selling items/products of the company and trying to recruit others through cold calling and family/friends. I learned how to do some business world items and general business knowledge. I had no co-workers just had team members. Hardest part of the job was trying to put meetings and hosting to recruit people because many were not ready to invest the amount the company required to start with the company. The conferences were fun to attend and meet new people. Cons: Hosting, cold calling, money investment"
